Please note that due to the handmade nature of Moncur Collection's earrings, there may be slight imperfections. That is the beauty of buying handmade as each product is unique! 

Unless deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival, our products are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. If they arrive damaged, I'm more than happy to exchange an item or provide a refund. However, Moncur Collection is not responsible for damages caused by mistreatment, please click here for instructions on how to care for your earrings.
